Plenty for which to be Thankful

As I look back at this year, some amazing things happened. These are not your ordinary yearly happenings... for many that I love - they experienced the best moments of their life.
I am extremely blessed! I have a family who loves me, a husband who is the best man on Earth for me- he loves me too! I also have my health and happiness!
God has truly blessed my family! God has blessed me.
Here are just a few of this years headlines:
*Shannon and Rick bought their first Home!!!
*Shannon and Rick Get Married!
*I became an auntie-- three times!!!
This Thanksgiving has a special meaning for me. I have so much for which to be Thankful!

Baby Hudson

On Thursday, we had the opportunity to babysit little Hudson.
He is just two months old and is learning to coo and smile. He was looking around and taking in the new surroundings.

We really enjoyed getting the chance to bond with our nephew and Godson.

Here are a few pictures.

A weekend in the Rim Country!!!

Fall leaves, mountains and the crisp cool fall breeze... that's what Rick and I were seeking this last weekend.

My fleece was zipped up and my ugg boots were on. I was eager to encounter the chilly weather that met us as we stepped out of the car on Friday night. Fall has definitely arrived and we welcomed its smell in the air, and the way the warm weather fades away.

Saturday, my mom, Mike, Rick and I loaded up in the truck and took a trip to Woods Canyon Lake and the Mogollon Rim.

We pulled off the road to check out the cliffs along the Rim. It is probably not safest thing, but I wanted to peak over the cliff and see the drop.

Rick was not a fan of taking these pictures.

I think it is pretty breathtaking to get a real glimpse of the Mogollon Rim. Rick was a little nervous about the stability of the cliffs.

Below you see Mike truly living on the edge! Goofing around!

After we took in the view, we unloaded some of the stress from the work-week.

It was in the form of a little target practice!

Here's a few pictures, as you can see there were a few different types of guns. Exhiliarating! I shot the two of the guns, unloading their clips rather fast. A very Bonnie and Clyde or Patty Hearst moment. Haha!
